Programmer Analyst (Tracy, CA) Multiple Positions. Job duties are: Provide assistance to evaluate system requirements; Collaborate with teams to formulate system design procedures and quality standards to support the development of process blueprint; Install, modify and monitor software programs; and Use performance indicators to assist with a suggestion of improvements to
existing systems. Travel and/or relocation to multiple unanticipated client locations throughout USA.
Software Engineer: (Tracy, CA) Multiple Positions: Job duties are: Design, develop and implement custom software solutions to complex application problems; Develop and modify software to the agreed-upon specifications; Provide technical direction for development, enhancement and maintenance of software systems of business applications; and Architect, design and create technical design documents for development of new features.
- Responsible for all delivery under BI/Analytics and Middleware platforms
- Provide expert input on the Pharma domain in Operations, Finance, Complaints, and Regulatory Affairs systems
- Act as point of contact to the clients for requirement workshops, solution proposals, and Project status update
- Review and assess BI/ Analytics platforms, lead teams to provide L3 support and upgrades on the platforms
- Lead the team technically to analyze the project requirements and propose design solutions
- Design System Architecture, Data warehouse dimensional modeling and design, Propose new Analytics visualizations that add more value to the business users based on existing data and review code delivered from offshore teams
- Perform data analysis, gap analysis, prepare initial loading and delta loading strategies, plan and execute migration and cutover strategies
- Translate, code and develop complex business process into ETL logic and use in Analytic dashboards
- Code and develop POCs for new proposals or alternative solutions to current technical issues
- Troubleshoot and fix complex issues in the code and provide guidance to the developers and testers
- Perform code review and fix
- Estimate effort, create project plans based on the agreed budget and schedule
- Responsible to manage onsite and offshore resources and ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
- Track project status, perform risk assessment, develop risk mitigation plan, Create transition Plans and user training
- Provide expert guidance for the resolution of technical issues arising during the execution of qualification activities and after Go-Live of application
- Ensure all work carried out is safe, effective and in compliance with the appropriate industry standards/guidelines as per FDA, Good Clinical Practices (GCP),
Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GPvP), Company-internal audit etc., Travel and/or relocation to multiple unanticipated client locations throughout USA.
